We are very pleased with the ramp - it's a little heavy but I appreciate this has to be to be as sturdy as it is. I am confident when using this and would give it a 9 out of 10 rating.

The wheeled walking frame was purchased to give her greater mobility from her living room to her conservatory and has proved extremely beneficial. The frame is the correct height and balance, well made and very good value for money and I would recommend its purchase to anyone who is interested. I would give it a 4.5 rating.

Good service and the height adjustable shower chair is good quality.

The Etac Beauty Bathing Range are good quality products that work well. A little expensive, especially the spares, which is why they lose a star.

We were quite satisfied with the items you provided, the steel safety grab rails looked good and are sturdy and reassuring.

Very comfortable and reliable. Though would be better in white or semi white. I only ware them at night time, unless having severe episode of IBS in which case I have to wear them all day.

The elastic laces are fine, thank you, once I'd got the tension adjusted to suit my feet (slightly swollen). To begin with,they were a bit fierce. 4/5. I also appreciated your quick service, thank you.

Having spoken to the staff at the nursing home, they tell me that the cushion works very well for the purpose for which it was bought. I would give it a rating of four out of five.

The valve seems OK: the cushion doesn't deflate of its own accord but cushion material doesn't seem as robust as its predecessor's.

The two key turner does the job brilliantly. I would give it 4 stars rather than 5 because it would be really helpful if the hole was small enough to fit on a keyring.

My father has found the fork quite useful though it would suit him better if the tines were angled more.

The Plastic Multi Opener has also been helpful and I'd give that 4 out of 5.

The reacher pick up seems sturdy and is excellent for picking up things from behind furniture and hard to reach places. Rating 4.5.

I bought the pedal exerciser for my brother in law who has Parkinson's Disease and is now fairly unstable when walking. He was thrilled with this exerciser. You do need a 'high' chair to use it and it could do with a higher level of resistance but that is only a small niggle. Excellent value for money as I bought it with little idea of what he needed. 4 and a half out of 5.

My husband is quite satisfied with his Etac wheelchair. It would be nice if the arms lifted vertically back and not just turned round to the side. So will give it 4 stars. Your service was very good.
