I ordered 2 offset grab rails to fit either side of an interior door frame to help my father get through the door. He has dementia but finds them easy to use and comfortable to grab hold of. I would give them a rating of 4 out of 5. A non slip grip would give them an extra mark!

One good thing is that the lap trays are not too big, and so my mother-in-law is able to use them with small pots. Also, they came very speedily. 4 out of 5.
Found this padded toilet seat to be a lot more comfortable than a regular one for my husband. Very pleased.
The harley car support is great but a quarter of an inch thinner and it would be perfect!!
I bought the neck soother wheat bag for my 90 year old Mum (Iris Tideswell) who suffers with Spondylitis and had tried the neck supports which vibrate which helped a little but this wheat bag heated up gave her a lot of comfort so she is very pleased with it.
It would have been even better if it had been a couple of inches longer.
Item was very useful at the time - it is now redundant as hip is okay. However, it may well come in useful later as I have a back problem also! Item rated at 4.
The mattress is excellent. My husband enjoys his bed now. The only thing is the it tends to move sideways. I would rate it 4.
You discover, with a basic wheelchair, that the pavement surfaces are very variable and often not terribly kind to the person seated. The seat cushion helps a bit.
I am pleased with my purchase, it certainly helps when sitting in uncomfortable chairs, at lectures. I am seeing an orthopaedic surgeon, to assess my problem and hopefully advises on treatment; in the mean time the spine support helps. Rating 4.
Excellent apart from the fact that the plastic softens and bends if they are left in the hot sun.
I am very pleased with the shower mat.
4.5 out of five for your shower seat . Reasonably priced, well designed, easy to fit and apparently very comfortable. Could do with some screw turn adjustment on the feet. However that is my only criticism.
Bought this narrow walking fame for my wife who had a broken leg, found it much easier to use than the crutches supplied at the hospital. Very maneuverable and nice and light to handle. Only criticism is the handles are hard and a bit uncomfortable with extended use, we have covered with some foam and this has improved the feel of them. Would give a **** star rating and would recommend.
Everything fine, but a choice of pattern would be appreciated. I bought 2 long bibs for my husband to take when in respite care, and they were great at catching food particles that fall onto his lap. They reduce the amount of clothes washing, and are easier to wash than his jacket and trousers. However, now he is home he prefers his old American shorter ones with a different pattern (designs with cherries or apples or bright peppers).
This shower seat/stool is very comfortable to sit on and serves its purpose well, is easy to adjust to your required height. Only one drawback I found is that if you run the shower before you get in and sit down, if the seat gets wet, I find that there is a tendency to slide down. This can be remedied easily by wiping the seat with a dry flannel before you sit on it. For this reason only, I give this seat 4/5. Othereise a well made product.
I have been very pleased with the Dorking Stocking Aid. It has been a great help for putting on my socks without having to bend over. It is so simple to use, yet very effective.
The item was for my nan and she says that they have been great. Trowel 4/5.
The waterproof bedding was ordered for my disabled brother and according to care staff appears to be suitable and better quality than one purchased from another supplier. Delivery was excellent and I would rate this 4 out of 5.
We have been very pleased with the wheelchair it is light yet seems robust and easy to operate and so far no issues whatsoever. We had a wheelchair previously that lasted less than 12 months so we are hopeful. A 4 out of 5.
