Let down by supplier to hospital an left to our devices ordered from you with help from brother-in-law who also fitted them for me. They are great asset to my husband who needed help with stairs after a # pelvis.
Essential Aids
My aunt had one of these years ago. Have just had a hi replacement so unable to bend. Used it this morning for the first time and seemed to work. Ok. Good price
Received order quickly - sturdy well made product the only criticism was that I found the height adjustment of the legs difficult to complete due to arthritic hands.Perhaps this could be mentioned so that others are aware that some assistance
I can wash my feet in the shower, sitting on the shower seat, but I needed something like this for drying between my toes afterwards. Does the job!
easy to rinse clean and above all, is comfortable to sit on. This shower chair works well for me in my shower cubicle after having had hip replacement surgery. I can use the arms to push myself up to a standing position and to gently lower myself down. When I removed all the packaging, I found a scratch on the paintwork, but decided to just live with it as it was the day before surgery and I couldn't deal with the hassle of returning it.
I purchased this so that I can enjoy going out and about more. I can only walk short distances due to my arthritic knees and I can't stand for more than a couple of minutes without my knees locking painfully. I used it to attend an outdoor meeting last night on a pier in Scotland. It worked really well and I could get up from it easily too. I find it a bit tricky to walk with, but I think that I'll get better with practice. One small drawback I should think, would be that whilst I fit comfortably on the seat, I'm only just over half the weight of a person of the maximum 20 stone the seat can accommodate. I really doubt someone that large would fit comfortably on the seat.
Not yet put on but wanted new toilet seat that fixes straight on to toilet so pleased to find this one. Should be in place next week
Easy to assemble and clean. Most useful if you have a good level of mobility and independence. My mother 93y and poor balance and mobility, needs supervision to use it but it has been excellent help.
Fitted onto back of my seat like a dream to is very spacious and I can fit lots of shopping into it . Very pleased with my purchssr
Looks fantastic not tried it yet ss it hasn't rained but I am sure it won't be long
this is the second one I have purchased which hopefully says enough about satisfaction. Only minor quibble is replacing the top blue seat cover is a bit fiddly, partly due to wedge shape. Very good quality and nice and sturdy. Guests would not realise it is a commode which is important for dignity.
Light but stable. Would be good if lid would fit onto the bowl while attached to the chair. Otherwise excellent and easy to open and close. Closes thin, so easy to store and very comfortable. I think a good buy for the price. I would not hesitate to recommend.
Being someone who for several years, cannot easily hold a book for any decent period of time due to lack of and limited sensation in my fingers and having resorted to a Kindle, this simple but effective device does the job and it's lovely to hold a real book again. I chose mint green from the good range of colours and would have given 5* but have concerns about it's longevity as it's plastic and also conscious that on turning a page, it can get a bit creased but that's probably my technique and fingers!
Just what I wanted. Time will tell if they are worth the money.
This was offered at a good price. Handy for those with limited mobility who can't get out. Easy to put together and use. Well worth it
This cushion is well made and the angle comfortable to sit on in the car, causing less pain to my groin area and the coccyx cut it is sufficient. It is firmer than others I have used so I don't think it will compress and stay thin as quickly. However, it is a little too firm for my preference, for a longer journey.
Just what I needed to fit space I found difficult to negotiate . Bit difficult to get out of box and fit wheels owing to my age and lack of mobility .
Much better than the clumsy elephant feet raisers and the non slip pads work very well, so make sure your chair is where you want it ! Definitely a two person task to adjust and position the castor cups, but well worth the effort I can now sit comfortably with my knees at the correct angle Excellent customer service Thank you !
Took delivery, which was extremely prompt. They are for a family friend in heart and renal failure, causing odema. She hasn't used them yet as she still has a supply of products bought from another company. These are really useful due to backing colouring being different to the front. She can now see top/bottom side so I don't have to mark each pad individually.
These are brilliant. I have arthritis in my hands and gripping is an issue. These help. My only criticism is the sticky pads provided arent strong enough and therefore I have stuck them on with super glue
