The product was well packed & delivered on time. These folding pick ups are good quality & I use them to pick up my dog's deposits.

This item was reduced so great value, has unusual design I wanted it to assist with opening my window to avoid standing on anything ,not robust enough for the task but will pick up very small and light weight items ,the mechanism may present a problem to someone with difficulty in gripping none-the less a good item and excellent service

the grabber is just what I needed it is stronger than my old one
