Excellent communication and fast delivery. Very fast response to my question when I received the wheelchair. The wheelchair is very nice and much lighter than my son's other one. Bought as second one to have at home ready for hospital appointments etc when needed. Very pleased with it and will be so much easier lifting it in and out of the car.
Although I haven't used this yet, it appears to be well made and will do the job of getting two elderly ladies out and about after a year 'locked' up in their homes. Can't wait to try it out. Seems lightweight and easy to fold. Excellent and sturdy so far.
The Wheelchair arrived within 48 hours of ordering which is great service, the wheelchair itself is of good quality and at a good price compared with competitors. I arrived home after a couple of hours out to find the wheelchair in its box on the front door step. Anyone passing could have taken it. I am not sure which courier was used but this is not acceptable. Reply from Essential Aids: Please accept our sincere apologies - we have taken this up with the courier concerned and they have assured us that it is a one-off and won't be happening again.
The Breezy Moonlite is the first wheelchair we have purchased and we are very pleased with it. Very easy to open and put away again and takes up very little room when folded up. Bought for an 89 year old who is only 4 feet 10 inches and has bad arthritis in shoulders, knees and feet. She found the chair very comfortable and was able to get in and out of it without any problems. The design of the chair arms was helpful in assisting her get up from a sitting position. We were very impressed with the support offered by Essential Aids staff we spoke to on the telephone both in terms of the advice they provided about the chair and assistance given when we experienced difficulties with delivery. We would definitely use Essential Aid again.
I would rate the Breezy wheelchair and your service 5 stars. The same item is on sale locally for nearly £200 pounds more!
We purchased this Breezy Moonlight Wheelchair as a replacement for one exactly the same model because the original chair has had a great deal of use and was becoming a bit worn! I would give this chair Five Stars, light and very well made and designed, also very stable in use. Compact to keep in the car. We were very pleased with the original chair which we keep for use in the home.

We are very pleased with the Breezy moonlite wheelchair and cushion. It is light and fits In the boot of my Ford Focus, even with the foot rests fitted, quite easily, is very easy to set up and rolls smoothly.

We have used essential aids once before and as we had found previously our pre-sale telephone call was answered promptly and gave us the confidence that the breezy moonlite wheelchair would be delivered promptly. We wanted the wheelchair and cushion delivered to our mother's care home, rather than the billing address and this proved to be no problem. The wheelchair was delivered very promptly in perfect condition, and the cushion followed on a couple of days afterwards. It is a good looking, well made, very stable, light, easy to push, and robust wheelchair with good adjustments. The footrests are particularly good to use, secure and adjustable, but can be released and taken off easily when required. It folds to a very compact size. All in all, excellent service, the breezy wheelchair is high quality and we are very pleased with it. We wouldn't hesitate to use Essential Aids again.
