On a recent order there was a problem with the delivery. A quick call to customer services and everything was sorted and put right. These crutches are built to a very high standard. They are perfectly designed for the permanent crutch user who's looking for something robust and long-lasting, and they offer good value for money. The crutches are sturdy but light, and the comfy handles provide a good grip and reduce fatigue on the hands. Please be aware that these crutches are not adjustable; they must be cut to the desired length. But that's what makes them so good; you won't get those annoying clicking sounds which you always do with adjustable crutches.
I found essential aids fast and affordable I will definitely use them again.
I use the transfer board daily to help my husband move from and to car from his wheelchair, it has been a great help and would highly recommend it.

I would just like to say thank you for the speedy delivery of my permenant user crutches, they are very comfortable and just what I needed, my old pair were getting a bit worn after "8" years use. Also I got them at a great price compared to my old ones. Once again thank you for a great service.
Products delivered as advertised and very soon after ordering too. Ferrules supplied with the crutches are actually better than the ones I usually buy. Best value permanent user crutches I have been able to find.
Permanent user crutches are very good - nice and stable, when cutting to size, if absolute silence is needed I would recommend.
The permanent user crutches s are very good in many ways: Strong, quieter than two-piece adjustable crutches and although the moulded grips are comfortable they can be rather frustrating when you grab the left hand crutch with your right hand - it doesn't fit! I've got used to that now though. I'd rate them at 41/2 out of 5.
