We needed something to help my husband, a stroke survivor, on and off the toilet, which is too close to the wall for the usual surrounding frame. On our uneven tiles, he did find that, unlike the previous review, and as per the company's own instructions, it needs to be firmly screwed into the floor, or it tips. Once fixed in place, it's solid as a rock, unobstrusive and just the right height. Perfect.
