As a long time sportsman I am very used to using crutches. The Elbow Crutches With Comfy Handles are the best one's I have ever had, because: 1. Multi adjustable 2. The multi position arm surrounds/supports are extremely useful when undertaking different tasks and the opening in them, allows the crutch to dangle from your arm safely and if necessary, you can pull the crutch off through the narrow space in them. 100% recommendation, you will not be disappointed. I recently had a hip replacement in a hospital in France and must have demonstrated the crutches to other patients and hospital staff at least six times a day.
