This waling stick with hand rest is a game changer for me.It is so very comfortable to walk with and my hand no longer feels as though it is in a cramp ,don't need to grip quite so strongly as support is there for my hand,very easy to adjust to my required height and has made a massive difference to my comfort when out walking.Highly recommend essential aids ,well worth a try at the very good value prices for all of thier disability aids
