I had never heard of shampoo caps and can honestly say they truly have changed my life. I have always had good healthy hair but becoming disabled and not being able ro wash my own hair and whenever I want is the absolute pits. Imagine putting on a shower cap (warmed for 20 secs in the microwave) and massage for a few minutes and your done. Beautifully clean fresh smelling hair Wow! I can't believe it. I can now do my own hair without struggling over the bath/sink. No water needed. Fantastic!!!
