Your ordering and delivery systems were excellent although I had a small problem with Parcel Force. They were unable to deliver the item as we were away for a few days. The card they left indicated it was "at a local Post Office" and trying to find out which of the six possible Post Offices it was was unsuccessful after two hours of trying - negotiating their website was frustrating. In the end I went to what I thought it would be and picked up the parcel in tact. Your packaging was very good, we assembled the seat quite easily - the instruction leaflet was simple and to the point. Finally, I have used the seat and it suits me fine. Thank you
