I ordered the 'Underseat Rollator Bag' for my father's walker, after the original one tore at the seams (probably because he stuffed too much into it). The order was fulfilled quickly and correctly. What more could I ask for? I will make one small comment of disappointment, and that is that the storage bag, with its velcro fastenings, does not look quite as smart as the original, whose straps fastened with large silver press-studs, but that version seems not to be available. Nevertheless, the velcro straps are functional and do the job. Should my father need another replacement for this storage bag, or any other similar product or aid, I would be happy to order from Essential Aids. I would give the company 5 out of 5 for completing the order quickly and correctly.
