This is my second raised toilet seat with arms that I have purchased by Etac but the first from Essential Aids. The seat arrived very quickly and was easy to fit. It is solid and the arms are sturdy when applying weight when rising or sitting. My only is that the lid is quite flimsy and moves from side to side. I cannot see a way to tighten it. I purchased the 6 cm high seat. Again, my only problem is that when sitting the lid attachments tend to dig into my rear. I try to sit further forward but the mould of the seat makes it uncomfortable. All in all, I recommend this seat from Etac and I encourage you to purchase all your disability need from Essential Aids as they too are N⁰ 1.
