Comes with clear instructions on setting the height - it's easily adjusted. Ferrule keeps contact with the ground and is shock absorbing. My Dad aged 93 liked it and might even use it. The handle is comfortable and even the blue is nice.

Good stick. Only downside is that it doesn't fold. Handle fits my palm well.
