Founding cohort open August 2026
They Vouch verifies every review against a real transaction record, not an email address. Founding merchants get their existing review history migrated at no cost: Trustpilot, Reviews.io, Yotpo, Judge.me, Google Customer Reviews. They Vouch handles the export, the import, and the validation.
What They Vouch includes
They Vouch ships six capabilities as a single product. No modules, no add-ons, no third-party feed contract for Google Shopping.
Every customer gets a time-limited, cryptographically signed invitation after order fulfilment. A reviewer without a valid token cannot submit a verified-purchase review.
HMAC-signed tokens, tied to the transaction recordEach invitation can request the seller experience, a specific product, or a service interaction. All three are indexed separately and published on one profile.
Three review subjects on one recordEvery submission passes through auto-moderation before publication. Disputes are arbitrated by They Vouch staff, not the merchant. Removals are recorded and auditable.
Staff queue, not merchant-controlledGenerated through the same DataHub destinations pipeline that distributes product data to Google Shopping. GTIN/MPN matching and transaction-verification metadata included. No third-party feed contract required.
Schema 2.4 XML via DataHub destinationsTrustpilot, Reviews.io, Yotpo, Judge.me, and Google Customer Reviews. Imported reviews keep their source-platform attribution and are deduplicated, then pass through the same moderation pipeline as new submissions.
Attribution preserved, moderated on importPublished reviews are available as JSON-LD (AggregateRating schema) for product pages, plus a lightweight widget that renders reviews in any storefront with no backend integration.

Pricing
One subscription, one price, every capability included. There is no separate Trust add-on and no reviews-only tier.
Reviews come with the Vendably platform subscription. They Vouch is bundled with DataHub, Channels, Intelligence, Site Search, Ad Management, Social, and Content. It is not sold as a standalone product today.
Pricing follows a single platform, SKU-based structure. There is no separate invitation-volume fee and no per-review charge.
Vendably's Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) is always free, with no feed required, alongside any plan.
The founding-cohort migration service is not a discount. Founding merchants pay the standard platform price; the migration handoff is the one-time premium included at launch.

They Vouch opens to its founding cohort of merchants in August 2026. Founding merchants do not migrate alone. They Vouch staff take the export from your existing platform, run it through the import adapters, verify deduplication and locale assignment, and publish under your profile.
After the founding window closes, migration moves to self-serve via the same import adapters. The work is the same; you do it yourself instead of They Vouch doing it for you.
Imported reviews keep their source-platform attribution on the public profile. Historical reviews are not re-verified against purchase records, because they were verified at source, but they pass through independent moderation before publication.
How migration works
Open a migration request from the contact form. They Vouch confirms scope and timeline within two working days.
Staff coordinate the export from your current platform, run it through the import adapter, and validate the output against your catalogue.
They Vouch presents the imported reviews on a staging profile. You approve, request changes, or hold back individual reviews. Publication happens on your sign-off.
Honest questions
Questions a merchant should ask before switching review platforms.
Trustpilot verification is tied to the inviting business sending the review invitation through Trustpilot's own tools following a transaction; it does not independently prove the transaction occurred. They Vouch verifies by transaction record: every post-purchase invitation carries an HMAC-signed token tied to a transaction ID. If the token is absent, expired, or mismatched, the submission cannot be marked as verified. The verification is cryptographic, not self-reported by the business.
Your review data is yours. They Vouch provides a full export in JSON and CSV format on request, at no charge. Reviews on your public profile remain visible to shoppers for 90 days after cancellation; after that the profile page becomes unavailable. Your data is retained for 12 months in case you reactivate, then purged per the data retention schedule.
No. There is no ceiling on monthly invitations at any plan. A merchant sending 3,000 post-purchase invitations a month pays the same rate as one sending 300.
Yes. Merchant responses are available on the dashboard and publish alongside the review on the public profile, moderated for content-guideline compliance first. A merchant cannot edit a published review; only the reviewer can, within the 24-hour edit window.
No. A published review can be removed only if it breaches the content guidelines, and the breach is confirmed by staff moderation or arbitration. The reason for any removal is logged and auditable on request.
They Vouch is part of the Vendably platform subscription. It is not currently available as a standalone product. If you want it and are not yet on Vendably, the platform subscription is the entry point.
Free migration for the founding cohort. They Vouch handles the export, the import, and the validation.
