Right height for behind sofa to light up a good area for reading whilst sat in the sofa 👍 good solid weight but not to heavy to move if necessary 👍 you can move the head lamp into the correct position to your liking 👍 brightness is very good 👍 does a very very good needed job for reading magazines, etc 😊

I have his over my dining room table where I can now clearly see my puzzles, board games , crafting and painting as well as clipping the dog. It's easy to turn to the desired angle and it doesn't hurt my eyes. Wouldn't be without it now.
