Does the job nicely!
This cushion has made all the difference to my mum. She was struggling to get up off her armchair and now she can get off it easily without needing to push herself up with her hands. Only thing to be aware of is that the cushion is necessarily firm. My mum's furniture doesn't have cushions on so she's sitting directly on it and it's a little hard. I now wish I'd got her the shorter one so she could have put a cushion on top.
