Really does stabilise if you have a hand tremor. It also has a sip part you put in the top of the cup so no spillage whatsoever

Maureen's mug.
I bought this for my wife, her hands tremors are becoming troublesome for her. She is delighted with her Handsteady tilt Mug, it has made such a difference.
