From the first call speaking to the lovely gentleman Michael who was friendly,helpful and made sure I understood everything. The pillow was delivered in quick time, packaging was a bit too much, massive cardboard box in which pillow was wobbling about in. No need for box as it comes in a zip holder. Product is amazing and for my medical needs means I get a good night's sleep . Company and Product excellent

Happy with the Harley original pillow. Your customer service is good as i phoned up and was sent a returns label in the post and was able to return the item and get the refund with no problem.
