Takes a few goes to work out the best way to use it but it works very well. At the moment I can't bend far enough to put my socks on without it.

I've recommended this to many people over the years. A little practice is needed to get the hang of it, but it is worth the effort.

Really pleased with it, making it alot easier putting my socks on. I'm waiting for a hip replacement and can't bend down to put socks on. I would definitely recommend to other people who find it difficult to put socks on.

Found this item helpful in putting on socks as osteoarthritis in my hip and knee made it impossible to lift my right leg up enough to reach my foot properly. The item works but could be smaller and more flexible - perhaps offer two size options for customer choice.

Bought because I have just had a hip operation and tested it out on my good leg first to ensure I was it worked properly. It took me a couple of goes before I got the technique right to pull on my socks.

Ideal aid for putting on socks

I started to struggle putting my socks/shoes on since beginning of year. My fiancé has been assisting me with this, but now I can do this myself with use of this aid.

Works well and takes a little getting used to but must put talcum powder in it to make it slide well.

I purchased the aids for putting on tights and socks, for my mother who is 93 and not very agile. She lives alone and is very self sufficient. She mostly wears tight and is finding the gadget very useful and effective. When they were delivered, my neighbour who is in her 80's and also lives alone, but also had difficulty with putting on sock as she too does not bend very well, was at my home. So I gave the docking stocking aid to my neighbour. She too found it helpful. Overall a great success.

I have severe Neuropathy in my hands and feet, because of this I have terrible problems handling things. I was introduced to this by a friend who bought one because she has problems bending.
