I ordered the wrong size but these are solid and well made so will be re-ordering again. Bit slow to process my order and I had to chase them up but once sorted a very smooth delivery.

On a recent order there was a problem with the delivery. A quick call to customer services and everything was sorted and put right. No drama or discussion, just excellent service and actioned in a timely manner. As always, the goods provided where as advertised and delivered promptly. Online retailing as it should be.

Excellent prompt service on the ferrules.

Cooper Z type ferrules are the best quality, offer the most grip and are particularly suitable for crutches. Many other sellers advertise with a picture of the Cooper product but supply an 'equivalent'. In my experience (40 years using crutches) there is no equivalent to the Cooper ferrule and its great to see that Essential Aids supply the real thing. Fast delivery and good value too.

These are the better quality dark grey ferrules. The quality is good and they should last for some months. Price is reasonable considering they are fairly long lasting. Delivery from Essential Aids was quick, I ordered on a Tuesday and they arrived on Thursday.

Had slight problem with initial delivery of these ferrules but once contacted remaining order arrived very quickly , just one problem, Mum now in hospital and not using her walking stick, hope her arrival home Is as quick as your delivery service .

These ferrules are exactly the right size for NHS zimmer frames, and probably crutches so I was ever so pleased to receive them in such a short space of time; well before the due date. And they are so cheap but of a high quality.

Ferrules were as described and perfect for use on the legs of a hop up stool.
