We knew which item we were looking for as we had previously purchased the same model for family members, but a friend now needed one too. It is the best design of it's type on the market, very strong and stable. You just need someone competent to assemble it with the Allen key provided. Essential Aids website was very easy to use and the delivery was exceptionally fast with updates on delivery time. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.

I bought this item for mother in law who has difficulty with a deteriorating hip. She was thrilled with the easy seat aid which aids her sitting down and rising from her chair easily. I was happy that it helped her. All in all a good buy.

I bought this for my mother who is not comfortable using the rise function in her Recliner chair; the arm supports are a little low when she was trying to stand. Firstly, it is so simple to put together, actually very sturdy and the thing I was most concerned with, was how it will fit into the chair - well, it fits snugly into the seat and it is not noticeable when seated. The support posts have really done the trick. This an excellent product, which I researched across the internet. Huge thanks to your company!
