The hand rest is a bonus when you have Arthritis that affects your grip, this one I got for my partner he's delighted with it having his had his last stolen from his shopping trolley whilst in Sainsbury's. Mine I had to get the one that let you make it very short. I recommend this walking stick as the best ones we have ever had.
I purchased a right handed (moulded handle) white stick. It's really easy to adjust height and comfortable to use. I shopped around and this was best price by far.
The height on the sticks was easy to adjust and the handles are comfortable to hold and I am looking forward to using them whenever going out walking.
