grab rails delivered v.promptly,but were not the ones ordered.could not be bothered with the hassle of trying to rectify,so paid to have mounting points altered(not a big job,but shouldnt have been necessary},so the advantage of cheapnesswas lost

I ordered 2 offset grab rails to fit either side of an interior door frame to help my father get through the door. He has dementia but finds them easy to use and comfortable to grab hold of. I would give them a rating of 4 out of 5. A non slip grip would give them an extra mark!

The angled grab handles have been fitted and have been proved to be a very significant aid to the occupier. The handle is of a size that is ideal for people who have limited grip and the white coating makes them very easy to see in reduced light levels particularly in the winter time. First class product.

The angled grab rail which I purchased from yourselves is brilliant and I am extremely pleased with the quality.

The problem I had was that a conventional 'straight' handrail would snag on a drainpipe. The 45 degree 'offset' steel grab rail allowed me to securely fix the handrail to the wall, but also allow space to get your hand around it and grip. A perfect solution!

I found the angled steel rails easy to fit, of good quality and finish and being individually wrapped convenient to store for later use. The delivery service was also very good.

The 45 degree angle of the grab rail made it perfect to fit to the frame of an external door, near the handle. A straight tube looked like it might hinder closure or be too tight a squeeze to the handle itself. In most spaces a straight tube should suffice, but in confined areas, to ensure adequate space for fingers & palm to grip, hopefully this will do the trick. I found it well made & looks durable.
