Instant relief
After my lower spine operation a few months ago, I was still having great pain from the middle to lower of my back, basically in agony 24/7. My GP suggested painkillers (I don't like them) or physio, but my muscles are so wasted I am not strong enough. Mentioned to my GP that I was considering buying one of these, and was told that it was not worth throwing my money away. WRONG!!! The support I get through the day, because of the ally stays, is miraculous. When I take it off at night, I no longer have pain where I have the cage on my spine, and I awake feeling much more refreshed with no more shuffling along. Work for me and worth considering after having spinal fusion.
