I have had to use a stick for 8 years now so therefore I have chosen this one again. This is a great walking stick that is very comfortable on any surface due to its suspension. The handle is also very comfortable on the hand and the grip is firm. If you have to use a stick long term, I'd recommend this one. The price on this site is awesome too.
Great walking stick with decent height adjustment and a very strong supportive spring . The moulded palm fits my hand perfectly and definitely recommend it if you are over 6ft

The sticks I generally use don't have any shock absorption so I'm now experiencing nerve impingement in my right shoulder ,very painful even after a very short period of time using this new walking stick that has shock absorption and an ergonomic handle the pain in my shoulder is still there but considerably easier and far less painful . Excellent piece of equipment.
