Exactly what I needed to help with a very high step from my patio doors. Arrived quickly, easy to put together and adjust the legs. Very happy with it, wish I'd bought it sooner

The half step is a very nice and strong step, it looks great and makes going in and out through the patio doors a safe process. Wished I had purchased one years ago

Needed this has my mobility has gone down hill and I found this i thought it would be ideal for me so ordered it,it came very quickly I managed to set it up on my own and it has saved me so much anxiety about just going out the back door, it's well made thick plastic and I know it will last me a number of years I give this 10/10 and thank you ESSENTIAL AIDS

Outdoor half step is just what we needed, so easy now to manoeuvre out of the patio doors without worrying about tripping.

This item was bought as the step up to my back door was uncomfortably high, particularly if carrying anything heavy. This step is comfortable and feels very stable and is used multiple times daily by myself and my large dog.

Sturdy, strong, non slip as per description. Correct height to help access to my front door for all ages. Straight forward assembly and in use within minutes of being received. Very pleased with product.

I bought 2 of these for the patio doors outside. I had bought the cheaper lightweight plastic steps you can get off amazon for £15. But they were awful. Moving all the time. Not adjustable in height. These will not move once you set them down so you do not risk falls. Yes they are more expensive than the cheap versions, but it's a one off investment to avoid a broken hip. You decide : )

Excellent product and great price

Was really pleased when the half step arrived. It was just what I needed to enable easy access into the house via the patio door. The fact that the height was adjustable was something that other suppliers did not seem to be offering. The step is sturdy, does not move when you step on and off of it . It also has a heavy duty rubber top so you won't slip on it in wet weather. All in all a brilliant product.

Step is solid and easy to use

I ordered this after having a fall from my back door step, which is quite high. It is perfect and makes getting down so much easier. The item is very well built, steely sturdy and has a rubber safety mat for the top. It is slightly adjustable in height too. It is almost the complete width of my doorway. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I certainly recommend this to anyone looking for that extra little step.

We purchased this step to help clients enter our therapy practice. It has been very helpful and is wide enough to not be a hazard itself! It is easy to keep clean as the rubberised surface is easily removable.

We previously purchased a booster step from Essential Aids and have found it really helpful in tackling the steps into the house. Very well made product. Would recommend.

Great item very easy to put together and very sturdy

We actually brought these for the cat ! We installed 2 cat flaps and the drop was to big from the door frame , perfectly suited for that , definitely sturdy and good Matt on top , but we've replaced with one you can wipe muddy feet on . The reason 4 stars is we didn't realise they would have a camber on them , we thought it would be flat , and thought it was going to be grey not black .

Ideal for our front door. I replaced 2 smaller steps as advised by Intermediate Care Physio so we are very happy

Gives just the right extra height for a small person (4'5") to wash up more easily at the kitchen sink. Robust but light enough to nudge around the kitchen with your foot if necessary.
