May I take this opportunity to express my grateful thanks for your prompt service in regard to a wet weather poncho I ordered on Sunday evening. I received your email saying that the item had been dispatched. To my amazement the items was attempted to be delivered by Parcelforce early yesterday. Once again, my grateful thanks to all those involved.

I am delighted with this wheelchair poncho. It is very easy to put on my husband, and the wheelchair handle slots are genius. Being lightly lined provides an extra layer of warmth to someone who can not put on a coat. The ties are helpful in preventing the poncho blowing up. It is proving invaluable in the appalling snow, rain, and wind we are experiencing.
