Really pleased with this pressure topper - Ive had similar before but their pumps were not as quiet or as small! Usually these toppers are used to help prevent bed sores - I dont suffer from these - I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & Fibro! These conflict each other as CFS leaves me needing to rest alot & Fibro leaves me stiff & in pain if I lay in same position! Since Ive had this pressure topper Ive been able to rest/sleep better without waking up so stiff & in pain - as it runs on a cycle - gently moving me without disturbing my rest/sleep - brilliant! Obvs it is made of plastic which can make some people sweat a bit - I resolved this by putting duvet over top (MUST be loose or topper cant inflate or perform properly) then regular sheet over the top! Do like that the dial is in weight (kgs) rather than just low/med/high (like my old ones!) - much easier to set at correct level - just to note ... if like me you have pets that sleep on bed too - its prob a good idea to account for their weight as well so topper level doesnt get overloaded! Lol!
