I purchased this walking frame for myself as I suffer from severe Arthritis that greatly impacts my ability to walk This is my first walking frame I have had and I am extremely pleased with this piece of equipment. It is very light weight but exceptionally strong and sturdy.The ability to adjust the hight was brilliant and the folding mechanism was cleverly done. It is so simple to fold if needed and open again. I would highly recommend this walking frame I wish I had found it before now as I cannot do without it to help me get around my home. One more thing the gliders which come with the frame to put on the non wheeled legs are perfect for aiding manoverability on a hard floor service. I believe they would work well on carpets as well.
