I previously had the equivalent device from RNIB but dropped it into liquid so it ceased to function. Yours was a fraction of the price, and works much better. It has a stepped guide so the user can set the depth of liquid required; the previous item jad a similar slider, but no lip to rest on the side of the cup, it always fell to the lowest possible level.
