I am so pleased that I purchased this chair. I have a degenerative muscle disease and am currently also suffering with a slipped disc. Sitting down had been extremely painful and to be avoided - until I bought this chair. It is easy to get on and off and provides excellent support for my back. It was easy to assemble, by my wife and son, with clear instructions. The seat, back and height can be adjusted to tailor for the individual. And it looks OK, as well.
