I received an excellent response to my order. The VAT relief went through without difficulty when my conditions was explained. The order went through with its delivery day accurately given - just a few days including a weekend. The product has proved to be absolutely right for my needs (as a previous one bought elsewhere was not). The quality and use of the suitcase ramp are 5 star!
