Brilliant customer service as I had an initial issue with the payment method, which was completely down to my error. I was called back quickly having left an answer phone message and I was offered to order over the phone which I accepted, and the crutches were delivered to me the next day. Just over 12 hours from ordering to delivery was impressive. As for the crutches, I decided to buy the slightly more expensive brand, which was still excellent value compared to some other sellers. Very stable, easy to set up and no rough edges or exposed fastenings to snag on your clothes. I think they are excellent quality considering the price. Very pleasant experience all round, thanks.
