The customer service is excellent - a very caring service, where you have understood the difficulty with my mobility needs and have always been happy to help me. You have kept me updated with the order and the item was delivered in an excellent condition and I was given a date of delivery, which was helpful to me. The item is very well made and the quality is excellent. I ordered the under-arm crutches and found it very useful to have the height indicated in feet and inches, as they were, as it was easier to adjust to the correct height.
