Thank you so much Essential Aids for your service and generosity. I had ordered an item from another mobility aids company and they accepted my money. Then for more than a fortnight I heard nothing. When I ordered from you I got an immediate response and even a phone call. Top marks already. Then the walker arrived next day. Wow! Great service. By mistake I received 2 walkers. When I told Essential aids they said I should keep the 2nd frame and give it to charity or someone else in need. Can you believe that!! It is such a generous thing to do and fits entirely with the spirit of our current crisis. Thanks. Essential aids you are brilliant.
