I bought the pedal exerciser for my brother in law who has Parkinson's Disease and is now fairly unstable when walking. He was thrilled with this exerciser. You do need a 'high' chair to use it and it could do with a higher level of resistance but that is only a small niggle. Excellent value for money as I bought it with little idea of what he needed. 4 and a half out of 5.
