I am giving you a rating of 5/5. The customer service I received was excellent, my queries were answered promptly and efficiently. I had bought the Step Stool with Handrail and grab rails for when my 82 year old Mum comes to stay as it just makes her feel safer when she has something to grab hold of. The Step Stool with Handrail worked a treat for her, very sturdy construction. Thank you so much for the speed with which I received these items too. Great service.
