I have purchased two items in recent months including this harley original ring cushion and have been very pleased not only with the items but the customer service I received on both occasions. There was a slight problem with delivery on the first item, but Sheila was quick and efficient in getting it resolved. I would rate the whole experience as 5 out of 5!
