I gave the slippers to my husband for Christmas as we hadn't been able to find any 'boot' style slippers for him on the high street that were of suitable quality. He is very pleased with them, although he is having to get used to these slightly heavier slippers compared to what he had. However, he feels a great deal safer in these as they have the Velcro strap which keeps them tight on his feet and this will presumably stop them becoming looser when they have been worn for a while.
