The delivery chap was very thorough with his demonstration of dismantling and assembling. he made sure that Gloria was comfortable on it and understood the controls. She loves the scooter, it gives her some independence and the ability to undertake longer trips than with her wheelchair. Good service and an impressive piece of kit.
