I purchased this wheel chair for my wife upgrading from a push wheelchair. I found the process of ordering to receiving the chair first class. The wheel chair is very robust and my wife states that it is very comfortable and smooth. I would highly recommend purchasing this wheelchair whilst it's still in the sale.
