Honestly this was a life saver for me… I'd moved and the toilet was almost kindergarten sized. An yes I got stuck I felt humiliated and embarrassed I was stuck for almost an hour. It wasn't an easy choice but it was my only choice I had to phone staff . They were brilliant absolutely amazing! After they left that's when I put my order in to you guys….. Best decision of 2026 so far thank you
