The Rollator I recently purchased is really helpful. Assisted me to walk much further than I have done in a long long time. It also reminds me to try and keep my spine as straight as I can. Walking with only my stick seemed to make me put pressure one side only therefore tilting my spine. Now I have weight evenly each side, hence my back is more upright.
