My husband has spinal stenosis. Outdoors he uses a four wheeled walker but we wanted something a little smaller indoors. This suits him fine. If he needs to sit he can. He weighs 10 stn 10lbs and he fits on the seat. I would not recommend it for anyone over 11 stone.
