Bought this for my mother who has trouble hearing the front doorbell. Audio plus the visual plug in display makes it much clearer when someone's at the door. The mobile buzzer is a good feature for when she's in the garden. Pleased with the purchase.

Very helpful item look foward to long use well made

This is our second one of these, first time round there was only blue that I could see, my wife likes all things purple. Went for the longer variant as the one we have, even though she is small, is a struggle for the carers to get her into, non-ambulant. Recommended.

The purchase was delayed but with claim the company Essential Aids made a compensation payment. the lifter was very well packed. The contents of the carrier were in perfect order. The lifter works very well and looks very/well made. Would orde th e lifter again - yes I would without question. Philip
