On opening the pack my wife and I assembled the frame in less than 5 minutes. It has helped my use the toilet 100%. The only downside is I find the hand grips a bit slippery they would have been better in rubber

Bought for my mother as I was worried about her using a normal cup or mug. She is absolutely delighted with it and finds it much easier to use, volume is perfect and I'd say she is drinking more now. The cup is very pretty and delicate with a large enough saucer to easily pop a biscuit on it. Overall very pleased we purchased this.

After suffering coccyx pain for a number of days I'm glad to say that this cushion has really helped both at home and in the car. I would definitely recommend this item.

Fairly lightweight piece of kit but sturdy and stable. Allows me to get my husband from bed to chair without worrying about falls. Delivery was swift too. Would recommend to anyone with neurological diseases affecting balance and mobility.

its fine but the rivets could have been done tighter as there's a little rattle , but i can fix if it becomes a problem.

I am really pleased with the Merlin bath seat (12"). There was no assembly needed and it fitted perfectly into my bath tub. It's a very sturdy stool and won't move or slide on the bath surface. It's made such a difference being able to shower by myself now and not worry about falling or standing for too long. Very good value for what you get.

Walker is just the job But the capacity to attach a small removable tray would be a great addition. Saves spliilage on floor
