Easy to assemble and adjust height. Sturdy and comfortable to sit on. Very useful for those times when you are unable to stand for long e.g. cooking and washing up - you can do your chores in comfort!

When my husband fell and hurt his back, we found out that our home was not suitable for someone who has difficulty bending, sitting, standing or moveing especially in the bathroom. I have never been so excited to receive a parcel as I was for the Ashby raised toilet seat has made life so much easier for him. It came very quickly, is well made and very eay to fit.

The railed bath step stool is well-made, well-designed, stable, and comfortable to use. It is a bit fiddly to put together, using the supplied spanner, hence the four star review.

We had already bought one of these for myhusband ,he has found it so helpful and supportive. Last week a friend borrowed it and asked me to order her one. This arrived very quickly and I can only recommend the service this company give.

I am more intersted in utility and value for money than in luxury or aesthetics and opted for this item, made in Taiwan, on that basis. It was delivered in a couple of days, accompanied by clear text and diagram instructions and was installed in under 45 minutes with only one snag. The snag being that he design of my toilet bowl and lids necessitated dispensing with the top lid to allow the toilet seat to be lifted. However, the hinges for the top lid had to be retained in place and so sawn off the top lid. The flush handle of my toilet is on the face of the tank and the uprights of the frame when installed are very close to the handle. This is but a minor inconvenience. Once installed the frame is not 100% firm and rigid but secure enough to give no cause for concern. The frame has ample adjustments available. For me, an entirely satisfactory purchase!

Thanks to Debbie for prompt and helpful customer service when Mum thought the wrong product had been delivered. When I was able to check it, it was the correct item. It was put to immediate use and is much more comfortable for Mum to sit on than her previous cushion.

I ordered this walking stick for my husband and needed an aid that was strong to take his 15 stone weight safely and the maximum weight of this product is 20 stones. Easily adjustable, comfortable handle, wrist strap included and a good rubber ferrule on the bottom. I was so impressed with the walking stick that I immediately ordered another one for myself.... Maybe jazz it up a little. The price is really good, which I must admit had me worried it would not last very long and the quality would not be there. I need not have worried, its a real bargain. I gave this product a 5star rating and highly recommend.

Much more helpful for walking around my house, than a walking stick which often hurts more than it should! Well worth the money really…
