This looked a bit "gimmicky" when it arrived, but my first use changed my mind. I was able to chop iceberg lettuce, slice cheese and slice cooked chicken breast one-handed to make a Caesar Salad. Haven't been able to do food prep and cooking for 4 months due to a wrist injury so this workstation is a game-changer! The only downside was that I struggled to get the box open with one hand.
Works well, wife uses all the time, great for her and gripping everything. No issues at all. Well made and with lots of little things to use.
I have looked for years for something to help people with the use of only one arm in the kitchen and was really pleased to find this. Really helpful
I've only had this workstation for two days, so far I've found it extremely useful. It held a bottle firmly so I could unscrew it, held a tomato to chop, and I was able to grate cheese for the first time. It's easy to clean. I look forward to trying out all the attachments.
Bought this as my friend recently had a stroke and now has only one working hand. All the components work really well. The only problem we've encountered is when putting round(ish) bottles in the clamp to hold them still whilst unscrewing the tops, they're sometimes not gripped very well and spin round. Flat sided bottles and cartons are held firmly in place and opening is so much easier.
Really helpful if like me you can only use 1 hand. Are replacement accessories available? would be great to know, if the supplied ones become blunt or wear out.
This is an excellent gadget to help prepare food when you have difficulty using your hands, particularly for gripping and holding food or utensils.
Been unable to use left hand and right is getting week due to arthritis . This arrived I call it my toy I able to help care with meals and feel me again . We did mash potatoes. And a cake mug and I can still do toast but with this gadget I buttered it to more fun ahead

I bought this for my mum who's recovering from a stroke on her dominant side, and my dad has been using it to, he hasn't had a stroke, but says he's using it to prevent injuries whilst slicing bread !
