You have kept me updated with the order and the item was delivered in an excellent condition and I was given a date of delivery, which was helpful to me. The item is very well made and the quality is excellent. I ordered the under-arm crutches and found it very useful to have the height indicated in feet and inches, as they were, as it was easier to adjust to the correct height.
